Registration Costs:

Full Conference (Sunday January 30th - Wednesday February 2)

All attendees at the conference must be employed by a government agencies. Vendors and service providers should register through the expo hall.

  • Access to 2 Keynote speakers
  • Access to 8 sets of live concurrent sessions (40 - 50 total sessions planned)
  • Access to the exhibit hall and networking sessions
  • Included meals (Click here to see menu's for all meals)
    • Sunday - Reception
    • Monday - Continental Breakfast, Plated Lunch, Afternoon Reception
    • Tuesday - Hot Breakfast, Plated Lunch, Afternoon Reception
    • Wednesday - Continental Breakfast, Plated Lunch
  • Member Registration - $495
  • Non-Member Registration (Attendee employed by Government Agency) - $625*
    (*$130 of the non-member registration fee may be applied to CAPPO membership - to have this applied, you must go online and apply for membership and we will then connect your transactions together. If you are a current member, wishing to renew your membership do not select this option as it will duplicate your profile. You may select to renew your membership during the registration process)

Day Passes ($195/day member, $250/day non-member)

Golf Tournament - $99/player

Supplier Expo Passes- Must Choose Day During Registration Process

CAPPO's vision of creating this ticket is so that you can invite other individuals in your agency to meet with suppliers/vendors, do research, etc.

  • Access to Supplier Expo on either Monday 4 - 7pm or Tuesday 7am - 10am
  • Access to the meal functions held in the exhibit hall during the time period attendee registers for
    • Monday 4-7pm Reception
    • Tuesday 7-10am Breakfast

By registering for this event, you and all participants you register are agreeing to CAPPO's conference terms and conditions.

Payment Policy – We accept payment in the form of a check (made payable to CAPPO), cashier’s check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). All checks must be received in full by January 21, 2022 in order for an attendee’s registration spot to be guaranteed and not released to other potential attendees. We understand that many agencies pay for conference registrations through purchase orders. Please let your agency’s fiscal or business office know that the final payment form is due by no later than January 21, 2022.

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing before January 14, 2022  and are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Cancellation received in writing by January 14, 2022 will be refunded less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds after January 14, 2022. Please send your cancellation request to admin@cappo.org

Substitution/Transfer Policy: Transfers made in writing prior to January 28, 2022 will be accommodated . If you are transferring a member to a non-member attendee, the difference in registration fees will be charged as well.

Conference Policies:

  1. Attendees and their guests are to treat all attendees, volunteers, and staff involved with the convention in a professional and courteous manner. Argumentative behavior, disruptive behavior, and any form of harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
  2. By registering, you hereby authorize and grant CAPPO, the right to photograph or record you, along with editing into a photo gallery/short film/webinar, which may include other recordings and material. You also authorize and grant CAPPO the use of the name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning participants; and screen or place the recording/materials online, including social media.  
  3. Presenters may express a wide variety of opinions and views which do not necessarily represent the opinions and views of CAPPO and/or you as an individual. The presenters were selected because of their expertise in their respective subject areas and to provide you with a diversity of views on a variety of topics to enhance your conference experience.

 LIABILITY POLICY / ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: By registering for this event, I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in all activities at CAPPO Events, including but not limited to, any risks that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of CAPPO, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, contractors, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Host”) and/or from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, operated or controlled by the Host.

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Host from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of the Host or myself, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other damage or actions of any kind which may affect or impact me in any way arising from the Activity. 

(B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Host from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Host, myself, or otherwise
