Morning (9:00 AM – ~11:00 AM): Volunteer at San Diego Humane Society

Volunteer at San Diego Humane Society. A great way to network and to start your CAPPO Conference by paying it forward and giving back to the community. Opportunities for groups of 5-15 to provide support with folding clean laundry, welcome guides, bagging pet food, prepping adoption kits, cleaning play yards, or enrichment items—all meaningful ways to support animal welfare. No cost - Registration Required.

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM: Depart Town & Country Resort (trolley or rideshare)
• 9:30 AM: Meet at San Diego Human Society, 5500 Gaines St, San Diego, CA.
• 9:30 – 11:00 AM: Group of 5–15 volunteer shift at San Diego Humane Society.
• 11:00 AM: Head to Old Town via trolley or rideshare if you selected and paid for lunch (separate ticket item).
