Brandon Martin is a Cooperative Portfolio Manager with NASPO ValuePoint. Prior to joining the NASPO team, Brandon spent 7 years at the State of Maine. While at the State of Maine, Brandon held position such as Competitive Procurement Manager and Deputy Chief Procurement Office. Brandon looks forward to working with public procurement professionals and entities from across the country to help them achieve their goals.

Brandon resides in Maine with his wife and three young children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, all things college and professional sports, and golfing.
