 TO RECEIVE MEMBERSHIP PRICING FOR THE CONFERENCE YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN WHEN YOU REGISTER! Registration Costs: Full Conference (Sunday, February 1 - Wednesday, February 4) All attendees at the conference must be eligible for CAPPO membership, even if registering as a non-member (please review our membership page if unsure). Suppliers, vendors and service providers are NOT eligible for full conference registration and should register through the exhibitor page.

 Be sure to read all policies carefully and call if you need clarification. Payment Policy: We accept payment in the form of a check (made payable to CAPPO), cashier’s check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). All payments must be received in full by Friday, January 16, 2026. If we do not receive payment by Friday, January 16, 2026, your spot may be released to other potential attendees. We understand that many agencies pay for conference registrations through purchase orders; CAPPO does not accept POs. The PO process is for your agency's internal process. Please let your agency’s fiscal or business office know that the final payment form is due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026. For those who register to pay later by check, it is your responsibility to cancel by the cancellation deadline otherwise you are liable for payment of your registration. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, January 5, 2026 and are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations received in writing by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, January 5, 2026, will be refunded. A $35 administrative fee will be subtracted from the total refund. No refunds after Monday, January 5, 2026. For those who register to pay later by check, it is your responsibility to cancel by the cancellation deadline otherwise you are liable for payment of your registration. Please send your cancellation request to admin@cappo.org and follow up with a phone call to 831-464-4896 to ensure it was received. Substitution/Transfer Policy: Transfers can be made in writing before Friday, January 23, 2026, or onsite for a $35 administrative fee. If you are transferring a member to a non-member attendee, the difference in registration fees will be charged as well. Conference Policies: 
 LIABILITY POLICY / ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: By registering for this event, I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in all activities at CAPPO Events, including but not limited to: any risks that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of CAPPO, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, contractors, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Host”) and/or from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, operated or controlled by the Host. (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Host from all liability, including but not limited to: Liability arising from the negligence of the Host or myself, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other damage or actions of any kind which may affect or impact me in any way arising from the Conference. (B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Host from all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Conference, whether caused by the negligence of the Host, myself, or otherwise. |
