CAPPO Headquarters Transition

Beginning February 1, 2019, CAPPO will begin its partnership with BTF Enterprises, Inc. (BTF), an Accredited Association Management Company, in providing CAPPO with business support services such as office administrative tasks. Although the Board is excited about this next chapter, we are also grateful for the 45+ years of CAPPO support that Mr. Hugh Smith, C.P.M and Mrs. Twila Smith have provided continuously throughout the years.  Not only is Mr. Smith a CAPPO member, but he was also the 2000 - 2001 CAPPO (84th Conference) President and finally has supported the organization as the CAPPO Executive Officer.  We will truly miss Hugh & Twila’s dedication and support to CAPPO.

As we transition support services to BTF, we want to ensure a seamless and smooth transition for all members.  To assist with this transition, BTF has dedicated the following staff:

• Shiela Locatelli Wallace, CAE, CMP will serve as our new Executive Officer

• Nicholas Jellison will serve as our account manager handling daily operations

• Lori Oates, CSEP will serve as our meeting planner

Effective February 1, 2019, please direct all correspondence and payments to the new office located in Soquel, CA.  Although, the mailing address will change, phone number and main email address will not change. In addition, please share this information with your accounting staff for any correspondence and payments.

Finally, please watch your email next week for your 2019-2020 membership invoice.  We will be sending all invoices electronically and you will have the opportunity to either pay by credit card online or print out the invoice and mail it with your check.
