Keystone Purchasing Network is a national cooperative purchasing program administered by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) located in Milton, Pennsylvania. The CSIU is a state educational service agency and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
