ProcureNow Welcomes New Customers and New Enhancements in 2021!

First of all, thanks to the entire CAPPO membership for the opportunity to be your procurement technology partner in 2021 and beyond!  What a wonderful time we had connecting with so many of you virtually… and the conversations since have been exciting and fun!

We wanted to take a moment to recognize those new customers joining us and going live in 2021 – if you are considering a ProcureNow solution, I’m sure they would be very happy to speak with you about ProcureNow collaborative procurement automation:

  • City of Monterey, California
  • Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District, California
  • Town of New Milford, Connecticut
  • City of Groveland, Florida
  • Richland School District 2, South Carolina
  • City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee
  • Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, California
  • 1GPA, Texas/Arizona
  • City of Bloomington, Illinois

Next, we wanted to announce a great new feature in ProcureNow.  Why is it so important?

Because in one concise graph, you see the balance of assignments of who is running all active procurements, and the “Workload Points” are based on the type of solicitation (IFB, RFP, Quote, etc) and what the current stage is – (like there’s so many points worth of work left to do on this project).  The colors represent the number of points worth of projects by stage  (like Draft, Open, Evaluation, etc)  Don’t worry about the number of points in unassigned… that just shows we are updating existing projects with the correct “procurement contact”.

So, whether you are like the City of Santa Monica, and you have a Procurement Team,  or you are the City of Vista, and your workload is more distributed, this new enhancement will help make sure the workload is properly balanced throughout the organization!  Question?  Please email Thao Hill, Chief Customer Officer of ProcureNow at thao@procurenow.com.  We’d LOVE your ideas on how we can make this better for you!
