Be sure to read all policies carefully and call if you need clarification, as there are some changes to our systems this year.

 

 

Registration Costs:

 

Deluxe Full Conference (Monday January 4th  - Friday January 8th )

  • Includes choice of full-day or multiple half-day workshops on Monday
  • Includes attendance at all conference training and events through noon on Friday
  • Includes lunch on Monday and all meals provided for the Standard Traditional Conference Registration
  • Member Registration - $475
  • Non-Member Registration - $605*
    (*$130 of the non-member registration fee may be applied to CAPPO membership - to have this applied, you must go online and apply for membership and we will then connect your transactions together. If you are a current member, wishing to renew your membership do not select this option as it will duplicate your profile. You may select to renew your membership during the registration process)

 

Standard Traditional Conference (Tuesday January 5th  - Friday January 8th )

  • This package does not include Monday sessions
  • Begins with Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speaker "Jose Moreno Hernandez" on Tuesday morning
  • Includes attendance at all conference training and events beginning Tuesday and continuing through noon on Friday
  • Includes lunch- Tuesday (Partner Recognition), Wednesday (Supplier Expo) & Thursday (AEP Awards)
  • Includes dinner - Tuesday (Networking Event) & Thursday (Members Banquet)
  • Member Registration - $425
  • Non-Member Registration - $555*

One-Day Registration - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

  • Member Registration - $150
  • Non-Member Registration - $280*

Individual Tickets are Available for Thursday January 7th Only

  • Achievement of Excellence in Procurement (AEP Lunch) - $75
  • Member's Banquet (Dinner & Entertainment) - $150

Payment Policy – We accept payment in the form of a check (made payable to CAPPO), cashier’s check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). All checks must be received in full by December 1, 2020  in order for an attendee’s registration spot to be guaranteed and not released to other potential attendees. We understand that many agencies pay for conference registrations through purchase orders. Please let your agency’s fiscal or business office know that the final payment form is due by no later than December 1, 2020.

 

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing before December 1, 2020 and are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Cancellation received in writing by December 1, 2020 will be refunded less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds after December 1, 2020. Please send your cancellation request to admin@cappo.org

 

Substitution/Transfer Policy: Transfers made in writing prior to December 14, 2020 will be assessed a $35 administrative fee to transfer a registration to another individual. If you are transferring a member to a non-member attendee, the difference in registration fees will be charged as well. All name badges are prepared the week after pre-registration closes on December 14, 2020. Therefore, any transfer requests after December 14, 2020 should be brought to the registration desk onsite along with the $50 on-site substitution fee.

Only registered participants with their name badges are admitted to the exhibit area and convention activities.

 

This is a professional, adult conference - no children will be admitted to sessions, events, or exhibit hall. Attendees and their guests are to treat all convention attendees, convention center staff, and CAPPO personnel involved with the convention in a professional and courteous manner. Argumentative behavior, disruptive behavior, and any form of harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

 

Photographs may be taken for non-commercial use by CAPPO and its vendors, and that by the registrant submitting registration they are consenting to CAPPO or its vendor’s use of any pictures of the registrant.
