Registration Costs:

 

Full Conference (Monday - Friday)

  • Member Registration - $450
  • New Member Registration - $580

Monday ONLY Attendance

  • Member Registration - $89

DAILY Attendance (during registration select appropriate day Tuesday - Friday)

  • Member Registration - $135
  • New Member Registration - $265

(To be eligible for registration as a new member you must have responsibility for procurement and/or contracting for a public agency.   ($130 of registration fee may be applied to membership (if eligible).

Retiree Program Special:Here's your opportunity!! Retirees with businesses of your own, you may now showcase your business, and network at the Vendor Expo. Let other members and agencies know what you do. Set out your information, tripod, samples, etc. on a table top and network from the booth if you choose.  Wed.12-4pm. Cost: $50

 

Payment Policy – We accept payment in the form of a check (made payable to CAPPO), cashier’s check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). All checks must be received in full by January 17, 2020  in order for an attendee’s registration spot to be guaranteed and not released to other potential attendees. We understand that many agencies pay for conference registrations through purchase orders. Please let your agency’s fiscal or business office know that the final payment form is due by no later than January 17, 2020.

 

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing before January 31, 2020 and are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Cancellation received in writing by January 31, 2020 will be refunded less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds after January 31, 2020. Please send your cancellation request to admin@cappo.org

 

Substitution/Transfer Policy: Transfers made in writing prior to January 31, 2020 will be assessed a $35 administrative fee to transfer a registration to another individual. If you are transferring a member to a non-member attendee, the difference in registration fees will be charged as well. All name badges are prepared the week after pre-registration closes on January 31, 2020. Therefore, any transfer requests after February 1, 2020 should be brought to the registration desk onsite along with the $50 on-site substitution fee.

Only registered participants with their name badges are admitted to the exhibit area and convention activities.

 

This is a professional, adult conference - no children will be admitted to sessions, events, or exhibit hall. Attendees and their guests are to treat all convention attendees, convention center staff, and CAPPO personnel involved with the convention in a professional and courteous manner. Argumentative behavior, disruptive behavior, and any form of harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

 

Photographs may be taken for non-commercial use by CAPPO and its vendors, and that by the registrant submitting registration they are consenting to CAPPO or its vendor’s use of any pictures of the registrant.
