About the RECORDED Program: This is a 1.5-hour web-based training (Webinar) on handling change management in procurement.


Course Highlights: This training will provide an overview on Change Management in Procurement. Many of the principles of change management can be applied professionally, as well as personally.

This course will address the following issues:

• Changes occurring in government purchasing, the world at large, and the need to understand and implement change

• Roadblocks and constraints to effective change

• Steps of effective change management

• Rewards and sanctions for effective change

• Other practical change tools and techniques

• Analyzing change risk


Meet Your Instructor:

Michael Kolodisner, CPPO, recently retired from his position as the Contracting Services Manager for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the largest water agency in the United States. Prior to taking this position he was President of Pro-Train,  and involved in training and consulting for both public agencies and private companies throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and South America. Prior to starting his consulting business, Mike was Director of Administrative Services and Chief Procurement Officer for Orange County, California.


He is a CertifiedPublic Purchasing Officer, has a BA from the University of Maryland and has attended graduate schoolat George Washington University.
